1. Before you begin I-CAN!™Online.


Due to limited funding I-CAN! Online does not work on Apple products, or Linux products, even with "PC" software.

I-CAN!™Online uses video and printing technology to help you create your forms, and to educate you about what to do next.

If you are using a computer available for public access, please ask a person at the organization where you are located (for example if you are at a library ask the librarian) before you consider changing any existing computer settings.

In order to use I-CAN!™Online you must first make sure your computer is set up properly.
  1. Check Your Browser.
  2. Check Adobe Reader.

Problem: I-CAN!™Online won't let me go through it


Sometimes a setting in your browser can stop I-CAN! from functioning. Follow the picture below and complete these steps to make the following changes:
  1. Clear your browser.

    Click on Tools then select Internet Options
    Click the General tab
    Click the Delete Files button
    Answer the Delete all files in the Temporary Internet Files by clicking OK
    It may take a few seconds to a few minutes depending on how much use your computer has had.
  2. Set your browser to Accept Cookies
    Click on Tools then select Internet Options
    Click the Privacy tab
    Click the Cookie Setting slider by dragging it down to the bottom to Accept all
    Click Apply
