When you send an email please give us detailed information to help us understand your question. Include your full name, the state you're filing in, your I-CAN!™ username, when you started your forms (approximately), and a detailed description of the question. To resolve your question, we may be required to access your personal information.

We usually respond to email within a couple of hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST
